Safety Advocate for Employers

Step 1: Add Employees
- Log In: Open the Safety Advocate Program on your computer.
- Add Team Members: Enter your employees' information into the system to build your safety team.
Step 2: Assign Trainings
- Select Modules: Choose safety training modules relevant to your workplace.
- Assign Trainings: Assign these modules to employees through the dashboard.
- Employees are Notified: The program sends notification when new trainings are assigned.
Step 3: Manage Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Create JHAs: Simple way of developing analyses of potential job hazards to keep your team safe.
- Assign JHAs: Provide these analyses to employees for review and acknowledgment.
- Update Regularly: Keep JHAs current with new hazards or procedures.
Step 4: Assign and Track Weekly Safety Meetings
- Schedule Meetings: Assign weekly safety meeting videos to your employees, or let the program do it automatically.
- Attendance Logged: The program tracks video views and insures the entire video is watched by each employee.
Step 5: Track Employee Pre-Work Inspection Checklists
- Provide Checklists: Give employees pre-work inspection forms to inspect their PPE.
- Ensure Completion: Monitor that employees complete inspections before starting work.
